Life on the Road: Pensacola NAS. + Saint George Island State Park, Florida

This is a part of a ‘series’ of posts, sharing pictures and stories from my parent’s cross-country RV adventure. Since November 2016, Mom and Bill have been living life on the road with their dog, Monty. They have no itinerary and no end-of-the-road, save for a summer in Alaska 2017. 

NAS = Naval Air Station. Bill was stationed in this area *gulp30 years ago (at writing, I am 30 years old). They took a tour through the base, town, and museum to explore and see what looked familiar. According to Mom: nothing did.

And while I’m mostly excited for my parent’s adventure, they really got under my skin when I started getting pictures from their warm days on the beaches of Saint George Island.

And because everybody likes a good boy:
