Homer, AK

Homer, Alaska is my favorite town in the state and definitely tied for favorite place with Denali National Park. Sitting on the salty waters of Kachemak Bay, Homer has a great vibe. I love the views and the little offerings in town. It’s only a matter of time until I move Adam & I down there to start a little B&B, next door to a farm and microbrewery, complete with hidden yard art…

But that is a blog post for another time, probably years in the future. This past weekend I had the real joy of heading to Homer with my great friend Lisl, another person who loves Homer & KBayΒ like I do; and this weekendΒ trip didn’t disappoint.

White sand beaches. Deceptively tropical.
