I am grateful for a long weekend with great people, old friends and new. I am grateful for Alaska, it’s beauty and my good fortune to live and play here. I am grateful for Adam, who loves me well and is patient with me in the backcountry. I am grateful for JP, Kbro, Sierra and sweet Ani for good company, laughs, songs and the warmth and joy they bring to my life. I am grateful for the good health and able body that carries me on foot, plank and wheels around earth.
Thank you for an awesome Thanksgiving dinner, friends. And cheers to an awesome weekend out and away. I am feeling physically tired but spiritually rejuvenated. It’s amazing what a weekend of good food and exercise can do!
